reliable stay near the station
efficient service spacious room
the location was indeed great. i was close to many transport links and attractions. the staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. i really appreciated the efficient service and how clean my room was. the room was also spacious.
the breakfast selection, though extensive, had some quality issues. some items, such as the fruit, did not appear fresh. the bacon was overly dry, which affected the overall breakfast experience.

the hotel is centrally located with convenient access to public transport. it's close to the main rail station and tram lines. this made getting around the area very easy and fast.

lovely touch hot dishes
The complimentary cookies at reception was a lovely touch. My King Guest Room offered sufficient space and good amenities. The staff managed check-in swiftly. Breakfast service included good options, such as fresh pastries and hot dishes.

helpful staff mini fridge train station
The location was great near the train station. My room had a mini fridge and complimentary water, that was a nice extra. The staff members were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk personnel.
The gym was small and lacked equipment. I had to wait to use the treadmill, this was a bit of an inconvenience

room size was so good! corner room, yes! city views were cool, bed was huge. staff was extra friendly and always helpful. it was so good!
lifts were a small issue, there were only two and one wasn't working. stairs are not my favourite thing but i managed.
